On November 8th a general cargo ship carrying scrap caught fire west of Matsuyama, Inner Japan Sea. Several firefighting vessels were dispatched by coast guard, but the status is still unknown. It’s reported that all 10 crew members were rescued without much injuries. Investigation is underway to find out the reason for fire.
